BBQ Picnics

All campus events will receive a 10% service charge
All non-campus events will receive a 18% service charge

200 person minimum for on-site grilling plus a grill attendant charge $25.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum

Options for picnics with less than 200 people:

  • We grill off-site and deliver at no extra charge, or
  • You grill yourself and we deliver all you need for $35.00 delivery fee and a $35.00 clean up fee.*
  • * We provide a grill and charcoal for $8/bag.

We will always prepare chicken well done (180 degrees) and beef to medium well (165 degrees) to ensure safety of your guests, unless otherwise requested.

Thorough cooking kills harmful bacteria. If you eat meat, poultry, fish, oysters, or eggs that are raw or only partially cooked, you may be exposing yourself to bacteria that can make you ill. This is particularly important for children, pregnant women, the elderly, and those whose immune systems are compromised by illness or by medical treatment (for example, chemotherapy).
